Aaron leads strategy at NEHIM. He spends most of his week between a spreadsheet and a client call, working out which channels are carrying a business and which ones are quietly spending its money.

Before NEHIM he ran acquisition for two e-commerce brands, which is where the habit of tying every campaign to a revenue number came from.

He is direct about what a budget can and cannot do. Clients hear the uncomfortable version of the forecast before they sign, which is usually why they stay.

Outside work he coaches a junior climbing team, which he claims is excellent training for explaining risk to founders.
